Founder - Piotr Zdrzalka

Piotr Zdrzalka arrived in the United States from Poland seeking the American dream. He fulfilled his American dream in making the dreams of others come true. Since founding WZ Group Inc., Peter has built a team to provide a full range of general contracting services to his clientele. Between developing dynamic relationships with providers to partnering with clients to capture their project vision, Piotr’s years of experience are evident in every project his team undertakes.

Every project begins with a free consultation with our project development manager to discuss budget, timeframe, and project vision. To fulfill your desires, we want to understand your vision and how we can make that vision a reality.

Vision to Plan

After the consultation, we take your vision to the drawing room, where we draft a plan according to your timeframe and budget.

Financial Expense Estimation

Once the plan is on paper, we begin to estimate costs of services, materials, and permits. Providing our clients estimates early in our plan-implementation ensures we stay within budget.

Specifications & Finalizations

The expense estimations continue into the specifications and finalizations of project details. From choosing materials, hardware, and finishes, to scheduling labor and equipment, to ordering permits, this step prevents future mishaps.

Plan Implementation

Finally, we can bring your vision to reality, implementing our project plan. WZ Group Inc.’s team of builders and specialists begin working on-site, while keeping you “in-the-know” with regular updates.

Our promise for client satisfaction doesn’t end after project completion. We offer a 15-year structural guarantee in addition to a 10-year installation warranty.
